ATX Mattress Outlet guarantees that any defect in your mattress will be only cosmetic in nature and not structural. Should you notice a problem upon delivery, simply return the set to us and we will exchange it for any set in our inventory of equal value. Be sure to inspect your delivery and note any damages with the driver and on the delivery documents.

We have contracts with National Name brand manufacturers to buy their overstocked/discontinued products at a much lower cost. Many of our mattress sets will have a slight rub mark or scuff, something like that, very minor, very superficial damage. Nothing structural. Cosmetic only.

Warranties will not apply if the mattress or box spring is subject to abuse such as, but not limited to: burns stains (use a quilted protector pad on your mattress at all times to avoid stains.) bent border wires (do not bend your mattress to fit it through a doorway.) upholstery compaction. |

Comfort is very subjective. It is different for every person. Most back experts recommend that you sleep on the firmest mattress that is comfortable to you.
Our prices are very favorable. We do this to provide everyone with an exceptional value. Our goal is to sell volume and make a small profit. In most cases we can work out a discount for multiple product purchases.

We are typically open: M-F 11am to 7pm. and on Saturdays and Sundays we are open noon-6pm.
Generally, the tighter the quilting pattern, the firmer the mattress. Most manufacturers do not make a soft or firm spring in any one coil-count spring. In example a 660 coil count mattress will have the same spring system throughout all of the firmnesses. The firmness is regulated by the amount of cotton felt, foam, and the quilting pattern. A 3 inch diamond shape quilting pattern will be a firm. An elongated 2 inch wide knife blade shape will be a cushion-firm. An 8 inch diamond pattern will be a plush (middle of the road). A butterfly stitch approximately 8-10 inches apart will be an ultra-plush. And Pillow top (the softest feel) will come in either plush or ultra plush.
